Dear Riverdale Heights Families,
2nd Semester and 3rd Term Attendance Verification: Due to the status of community spread of COVID-19 and current uncertainties, Pleasant Valley Community School District will not be releasing a survey today asking for your thoughts about returning 100% onsite as previously planned. Instead, an attendance verification form will go out to all 7-12 families on December 1. This verification form will ask families to choose a final learning model for the second semester, which starts on January 19 for 7-12 students. We must have this information as soon as possible to make thoughtful schedules for the 2nd semester. An attendance verification form will be sent to elementary families mid-January for the third term which begins February 16. We hope this delay will allow you to make informed decisions for the rest of the school year. COVID-19 Holiday Guidance: Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving next week. Click here for information from the Scott County Health Department. Free Meals for All Students: All school breakfasts and lunches will be free through the end of the school year! Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. Meals Available for At-Home Learners: We will have meals available each week for 100% online and hybrid at-home days. You must fill out this form every week by Monday at 6:00am to register for the meals. Meals will be available for pick up every day from 10:30am-11:00am at PVHS in the bus drop off area. A/B Calendar through January 15: Please look at this calendar for our Hybrid learning days. Note that Fridays may be different than you anticipated. PVHS Seniors need your help! Donate now to the Pleasant Valley Educational Foundation to support 2021 senior scholarships. We must raise $50,000 by the end of the year. Dr. Eric Dippel and family will match each gift up to $25,000! Donate now at this link or send your gift to Beth Marsoun at 525 Belmont Road, Bettendorf, Ia 52722. FROM THE PTA:
