We are looking forward to hosting our Annual Veterans Day Assembly on Friday, November 10th, at 9:30 AM. As part of our assembly, it is tradition to invite family members of our students and staff to honor as a part of the annual event. If you are currently serving or have family members who have served (who would like to attend), please let us know by calling our school office staff to RSVP at 563-332-0525 by Thursday, November 9th. This will help us in preparing seating for the event.
We look forward to seeing our Riverdale Heights military families and recognizing you for your service to our country. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to educate our students on the significance of Veteran's Day.

Conferences: Elementary Conferences will be held Monday, November 6 through Friday, November 17. November 9th will serve as the district set night, with conferences being held from 3:30pm - 8:00pm.
How to sign up for a Conference:
· Choose the teachers you would like to meet with.
· Enter your student’s first and last name, your email address and name.
· The system will send you a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to see available times.
· Select an available time slot.
· The last day to sign up for a conference in PTC Fast is Friday, November 3 at 4:00 p.m.

November PTA Meeting: Save the date for our upcoming November PTA meeting. The meeting takes place in the school library on Tuesday, November 14th at 6:30PM. At this meeting we will have Brett Chiles, our amazing counselor, as our guest speaker. We will also be collecting gently used Halloween costumes that your family can no longer use. Mr. Chiles will gladly take them and donate them to students who may not have a costume next year. We can also take any donations of gently used winter gear. Please bring items to our PTA meeting.
Spartan Assembly will be collecting donations again Saturday, November 2, from 4 to 7 pm! If we missed you on Halloween, don't worry, we will be back at it this weekend! This is your chance to help the Riverbend Food Bank feed hundreds of people, and help our school win the Student Hunger Drive for the 6th year in a row. Every contribution counts. We will be accepting cans, cash, and non-perishable food. Don't feel like shopping, donate online HERE!
PV Spartan Drama: This fall, the high school will be presenting the "tale as old as time", Beauty and the Beast, as our annual musical.
Performances are November 2 and 4 at 7pm and November 5 at 2pm. Tickets can be purchased here.
PV Baseball Winter Camp is now open! Please join the High School Baseball Program for their annual winter baseball camp. Register through your child's infinite campus student portal.
PV Girls Soccer Webstore will be open 11/6 through 11/13. Purchase your gear to support PV Girls Soccer! Will ship out before the holidays!
Join the PV Platinum Dance Team for a kid's clinic on December 3rd in the high school gym from 1-4:30 pm. This is a one day only clinic where dancers will learn a short routine that they will perform that same day. They will also get to practice skills and have fun with our current team. This is open to boys and girls K-8. We will be performing the routines we learn that day at 4:30pm - please feel free to come watch! After the performance, Platinum dancers will be signing autographs on our 2023-2024 posters which are for sale on our registration sign-up for $5. PVP blue glasses and bows will be available that day for $5. Dancer and 2 parent admission fees are included in the camp fee of $30. Other spectators will pay by donation to enter. Please dress your dancer in black leggings and they will be given their clinic shirts to wear for the performance. Register on Infinite Campus
